Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can object to use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time.
How to make a request
Email pteam@theparadym.com or write to the address above. Explain what you would like us to do and, if relevant, include the email address associated with your Paradym account. No special form or legal wording is required.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or copies of identity documents with your initial request. If we need information to verify your identity or clarify your request, we will contact you.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. Where the law allows additional time for complex or multiple requests, we will explain the reason and the extension within the applicable deadline. Requests are normally free of charge; any permitted fee or refusal will be explained.
Data protection complaints
If you are concerned about how we handle your personal data, email pteam@theparadym.com or write to Paradym Ltd. at the address above. Describe the concern and the outcome you are seeking. You may use “Data protection complaint” as the subject, but it is not required.
We will acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days, investigate it, keep you informed and provide an outcome without undue delay. A complaint and a request to exercise your data rights are handled separately where different deadlines apply.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. You do not have to complete our complaints process before contacting the ICO. Make a complaint to the ICO. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to the competent supervisory authority where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
